From the Fire Ring

I wear several labels—Daughter of God, wife, mother, historian, writer, and educator to name a few. I love to cozy up in a quiet library or bookshop, sip my tea, and explore the treasures of the human family.

 

Music energizes my soul and centers me.

Traveling connects me to a world greater than myself.

 

The outdoors is where I feel the most restored. Some of the best times in my life has been gathered around a campfire with family and friends where late night contemplation strengthened friendships and created lifelong bonds.
